Flexible and practical, our fly door curtains are designed for busy entrances, keeping pests out while allowing easy access and airflow.

Mesh Curtain Doors (MCD)

How they work:

These flexible mesh curtains are a type of fly screen curtain made up from individual 200mm wide tough polyester strips. Black mesh strips are weighted at the base, which are ideal as a lower budget, smaller door insect screening solution. The mesh curtains can be easily removed and repositioned.
We recommended you use the mesh curtains for openings up to 2100 x 2100mm only because of the problems associated with windy areas.

Suitability:

Mesh curtains are a cheaper alternative to a fly screen door and are ideally suited to the rear openings of the smaller shop or business and protects against flies, bees, wasps, midges and other flying insects.

Available Options

This curtain is can be fitted on external or internal door openings.

  • Meet or exceed EHO, HACCP, BRC and Department of Agriculture requirements
  • Surpass all 2001 EU & FSAI Food and Hygiene Regulation Requirements
The powder coating can be cleaned with a cream cleaner to restore its original condition. All meshes should be cleaned with soapy water to remove grease and dirt. Stainless Steel mesh can be power washed if desired. Dusty screens should be vacuumed or brushed clean. EPC offer a repair service for all makes for Fly Screen windows and doors.
12 months on all workmanship under normal wear and tear, however this does not cover wear and damage to mesh.

Chain Curtains

How they work:

Individual lengths of aluminium chain hang down from a top track, they are made from anodised aluminium links that will not rust.

Suitability:

Chain curtains are a very attractive, alternative fly screen for bars, restaurants, cafes and retail outlets, allowing easy access for both public and staff whilst keeping private areas out of sight to unauthorised eyes. Simply clean powder-coated frames with a cream cleaner and wash mesh with soapy water. Stainless steel mesh can also be power washed if needed.
