• Orders are confirmed only upon written acceptance by EPC.

• Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded once manufactured.

4. Warranty

• We provide a 12-month warranty on workmanship under normal use.

• Mesh damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, or external factors is not covered but can be repaired.

5. Payments

• Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order.

• EPC reserves the right to retain ownership of goods until full payment has been received.
